A massive big Thank you to Thomas Dobson of Dobson marine services and the lovely Amy! I contacted this company because of split gear change cable on my narrowboat. Even though Thomas works mainly with outboard engines he had the cable to fit my narrowboat. Within a short space of time, cable purchased and with assistance and advice from Dobson marine services back to "Happy days sailing!" Excellent speedy service, brilliant advice, competitive pricing and a company with outgoing enthusiasm.

I am happy to say that it is my boat on Thomas’s Dobson Marine Facebook page. Absolutely fantastic service, Thomas sourced, supplied and fitted my new Tohatsu 50hp and so supplied a 3.5hp for my dads sailing boat. Nothing too much trouble he went to a lot of effort fitting the various dials and throttle controls etc. Very happy with the service. Not to mention he did an excellent job Re wiring the rib, fitting a chart plotter, new fuse box and an electric circuit cutout switch. Nothing is too much trouble for his team.
